Greetings to you!

I look forward to spending time together at the 45th Annual Munger Conference. I encourage you to come with high expectations for yourself and our gathering. 

Come prepared to share the best of who you are and to walk alongside fellow professionals who are looking for personal invigoration and better strategies for doing and being.

While we haven’t met yet, I’ve heard a lot about you – enough to know that together we will have much fun and learning.

Tom Plake, MSOD, NND, JH is the Chief Experience Officer for Leadership & Renewal Outfitters, a not-for-profit development organization focused on equipping people of all ages to lead with their hearts. There he currently serves as an architect and guide for The Journey, a 12-month fellowship program, funded by the Lilly Endowment, which enables non-profit executives in the state of Indiana to experience renewal, develop as leaders and connect to significance in their work.

Also, as the Director of Strategic Enthusiasm for Creative Edge, Inc. Tom coaches leaders and their teams to higher levels of performance while developing creative edge strategies for professional and personal renewal.   He has worked extensively as a speaker, coach and facilitator with: corporations, foundations, churches, universities, not-for-profits, state, local and federal government, associations, community organizations, and schools.

Peggy Hines

Dr. Peggy Hines is the Director of the Education Trust’s National Center for Transforming School Counseling.  She is the former director of the School Counseling Program at Indiana State University and Past President of both the Indiana School Counselor Association and the Indiana Counseling Association. She was a member of the writing team for the American School Counselors Association’s National Model for School Counseling Programs and one of the developers of the National School Counselor Training Initiative.  Peggy was co-founder and co-director of the American Student Achievement Institute and through her work with the Indiana Student Achievement Institute and The Education Trust has facilitated school reform efforts with more than 300 school districts across the country.
