Exhibitor Information

Organizations are welcome to have exhibitor space at the Paul Munger Conference and Munger Advanced Workshops from June 16-19, 2008.  The participants will be free to visit the displays in the breaks between the morning and afternoon sessions as well as at other selected times, such as during registration. 

Tables for the exhibitors will be set up in the atrium of the School of Education for the Munger Conference.  Doors open at 7:00 am for exhibitors to set up their displays on June 16, 2008.  Registration begins  8:00 am for participants.  Please note that exhibit displays need to be taken down at the end of the Munger Conference on June 19 at 5 pm. 

In previous years some exhibitors choose to be at the conference for the first day only, others leave their exhibits for the entire conference but do not staff them after the first day, and others remain throughout the entire conference.  All of these options are acceptable, but please note that Munger staff will not be responsible for staffing the displays, answering questions, and do not accept liability for any display contents left unattended.  You will be responsible for securing the contents overnight. 

There is no charge to have an exhibit at the Munger Conference this year.  However, if you or your staff wish to attend any of the conference presentations or the Tuesday luncheon, you will need to register as a participant and pay the regular registration fees.  Parking passes will be provided free of charge to all exhibitors and will be mailed to your address in early June. 

This is an exciting opportunity for you to present your product or service to our participants, and have a useful exchange of information.  Only the first eight forms returned will be guaranteed space. To request exhibitor space for the conference, please download the Exhibitor Information Form (below) and email it as an attachment to pmungerc@indiana.edu.  You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the attachment. 

Please note we do not have any more space for exhibitors on Monday June 16th. If you would like to exhibit on other days or would like to go on a waitlist for Monday, please email us.
