Accommodation

Participants attending the conference from out-of-town have several options for lodging.

Dorm Rooms

Rooms in Willkie Hall are available this year if you want to stay in a dorm on campus.  Willkie offers air-conditioned single rooms with a shared bath (linens provided).  See the floor plan below:

Floor Plan for Wilkie Dorm Room

Rooms in Willkie will be $43 per night plus 12% tax (increased from 11% due to sales tax increase in the state of Indiana, 4/8/08). You will need to pay for the rooms when you arrive at Willkie, the Munger Conference staff do not handle the payment for the rooms in Willkie.  They accept credit card, checks from a US bank, and cash.  Rooms are available starting in the evening on Sunday June 15 with check out on Thursday June 19.

If you want us to reserve a room in Willkie for you, please be sure to indicate which nights you will be staying on your registration page.  On the registration form you also will need to list an emergency contact's name and phone number.  Additionally, you will be given the option to include the name of a person you would like to share an adjoining bathroom with. If you do not list a preference, we will assign bathrooms to be shared between members of the same sex.

If you are staying in Willkie, you can purchase a "D" parking pass for $5 per weekday from the staff at Willkie. This enables you to park in any "D" parking spot regardless of the number (D1 or D5). Typically, this lets you park closer to Willkie than you will be able to park with the free "A" pass provided when you register for the conference.  Although a few "A" or "C" parking spots are available near Willkie (which you can park in with the "A" pass), the majority are "D" spots.  "D" parking spots are located off of Union Street, to the east of Willkie dorms.
